Send client Release of Information (If client is booked for a space in shelter, or their intake will be shared with another org)
Once intake has been submitted, call the client to confirm information on intake form, ROI and any transportation needs. At this point, inform the client of their due arrival time and next steps (depending on shelter).
Note your conversation with the client via the CLIENT CALLS AND FOLLOW UP
