  1. Answer Client Call

  2. Ask Clarifying Questions (Script if needed)

  3. Send Client Intake form via SMS and inform clients of availability based on their restrictions. 

    • Help complete Intake if needed:

      • By Phone

      • By SMS

      • In Person

    • Hold this spot for 1 hour pending intake 

  4. Send client Release of Information (If client will be transported, is booked for a space in shelter, or their intake will be shared with another org)

  5. Once intake has been submitted, call the client to confirm information on intake form, ROI and any transportation needs. At this point, inform the client of their due arrival time and next steps (depending on shelter). 

  6. Note your conversation with the client via the CLIENT CALLS AND FOLLOW UP
